International Bar Association Annual Conference 2018

Intellectual property of counsel Rebecca McDougall will participate in the International Bar Association (IBA) Annual Conference. Rebecca, Vice Chair of the IBA Trademark Law Subcommittee, will speak on a panel titled “Free Access to Data: Opportunities and Threats for Growing Business.” Attendees will learn about how the ever-changing regulations on access to data can allow for organizations to find new avenues for opportunity, both in technological advances and in the promotion of intellectual property. Rebecca’s panel discussion will meet on Tuesday, October 9th at 2:30–3:45 pm CEST.
