Intersection of Bankruptcy and FCRA Issues will examine bankruptcy as well as Fair Credit Reporting issues facing the Bank, and the intersection between the two industries. It will also examine CFPB’s new regulations, recent litigation surrounding permissible purpose, disclosures, class actions for FCRA, and correspondence/stay and discharge injunction violations for Bankruptcy.
