There have been many changes made to UK Immigration Law over the last 12 months that affect the ease at which individuals can come to the UK to work. These changes include the introduction of an upfront National Health Service (NHS) surcharge and a new requirement for overseas nationals to be issued with a Biometric Residence Permit.
