Please join lawyers from our Labour and Employment Practice for a seminar to discuss practical ways to deal with the challenges that employers face when handling complex grievance and disciplinary matters.

Our presenters will explain how to take a pragmatic and effective approach to the handling of sensitive grievance and disciplinary issues whilst minimising disruption to business and controlling legal risk. They will also provide guidance on how to deal with complex interrelated grievance and disciplinary matters in a legally compliant and commercially proportionate way.
