M&A Transactions – Private Companies

Morgan Lewis presents: M&A Transactions – Private Companies.

This course introduces associates to a broad overview of a private merger or acquisition transaction, keys to a successful transaction, and the corporate attorney's role in the transaction. The presenter will then walk through some model transaction documents, including a merger agreement, an asset purchase agreement and a stock purchase agreement.
