Morgan Lewis partner Joseph Zargari will speak on the panel “Fund Structuring: SMAs, Funds of One, Co-Investing, Voting Rights, etc” at the MFA Legal & Compliance 2019 Conference in New York. The conference is a one day agenda focused on comprehensive, practical applications for the implementation of and compliance with regulatory reforms impacting hedge funds and their investors.
