Morgan Lewis associate Joshua C. Prever participates on a panel, New CFPB Loan Originator Compensation Rule and Other LO Requirements, as part of the Mortgage Bankers Associations's Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference 2013.
The panel addresses the new CFPB loan originator compensation rule. That rule revises the previous requirements under the Federal Reserve rule, but it still leaves an array of questions and compliance challenges.
