On June 20, 2018, Brian Rocca will give an audience of “nuclear attorneys,” an update on antitrust implications relating to anti-poaching agreements. NEI’s Legal Advisory Committee (LAC) meetings typically draw around 50 lawyers and others interested in particular topics.
NEI is the organization responsible for establishing unified policies on behalf of its members on matters affecting the nuclear energy industry, including the regulatory aspects of generic operational and technical issues. NEI’s Legal Advisory Committee (LAC) is comprised of NEI member company in-house counsel and member law firms with a nuclear energy practice, thus representing a substantial part of the US “nuclear bar.”
