New and Imminent Concerns for Officers and Directors in a Digital Era: Cybersecurity, SEC “Robocop,” and Key Disclosure Issues

March 10, 2014

Please join us for a discussion led by Joseph Grundfest, with esteemed panelists from Morgan Lewis, FTI Consulting, and CrowdStrike, who will address cybersecurity and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission priorities.

This program is intended for board members, C-suite executives, and in-house counsel who focus on securities issues and who interact with the SEC. • Managing SEC disclosure requirements in filings and associated risks
  • Navigating litigation and insurance claims
  • Managing corporate risk in light of the SEC’s renewed focus on financial accounting fraud
