New York City Bar's Current Issues in Structured Finance Program

Morgan Lewis New York partner Steve Levitan and Washington, DC of counsel Melissa Hall will join a panel of speakers at the upcoming New York City Bar’s Current Issues in Structured Finance Program.

The panel consists of leading structured finance lawyers who are members of the Structured Finance Committee of the New York City Bar Association. The panel will discuss current issues and recent regulatory developments affecting the structured finance industry, as well as recent developments relating to specific sectors of the securitization market (e.g., marketplace loans, CMBS, CLOs, and more), including the following topics: Marketplace Loans, Securitization in China, Blockchain and Structured Finance, Mandatory Arbitration, and Risk Retention in CLOs and CMBS.
