Litigation partner Allyson Ho will speak at the New Jersey Intellectual Property Law Association (NJIPLA)’s Patent Litigation Seminar. Allyson will discuss the Supreme Court case Oil States Energy Services, LLC v. Greene’s Energy Group, LLC, which she argued at the US Supreme Court in 2017. This case has been described by intellectual property experts as “the most important patent case in modern history.”
The NJIPLA is devoted to educating its members and the public about the protection of intellectual property including patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and copyrights essential to the progress and promotion of the useful arts under the law. NJIPLA includes hundreds of practicing intellectual property attorneys, patent agents, law students, and interested individuals primarily from New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.
