Alex Reid (WA) and Kim Eney (WA) presented “Non-Profits & Associations Forum: Exempt Organizations (2016) Year in Review” at the Association of Corporate Counsel of the National Capital Regions in Washington, DC.
This program reviews the past year’s significant developments affecting exempt organizations. We will also provide an update on the events on Capitol Hill and discuss how exempt organizations should prepare for a new Administration. The program will also include a discussion of current developments involving recent IRS audit trends.
