Please note that TEI educational programs are presented for the benefit of TEI members and other individuals who work in corporate tax departments. Government employees and individuals in private practice may not register for this program.

CLE credit: This activity qualifies for Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit by the State Bar of California and Continuing Education (CE) credit by the California State Board of Accountancy. TEI certifies that this activity conforms to the standards for approved education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing MCLE. The calculation of credit hours is computed on a 50-minute class hour for CE purposes and a 60-minute class hour for MCLE purposes, and is determined on actual minutes attended. The maximum amount of minutes allowed for this activity is 350 minutes.
