Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation senior employee benefits advisors Kimberly Boggs and Lindsay Goodman will present at the August meeting of the Chicago Chapter of Worldwide Employee Benefits Network (WEB).

Burwell upheld the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act’s tax credits available to individuals who purchase insurance on the government-created exchanges. In Obergefell v. Hodges, the Supreme Court held that the fundamental right to marry is a constitutionally protected right and required states to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples and to recognize valid same-sex marriage from other jurisdictions.
