PRINCETON, October 27, 2020: Morgan Lewis associates Michael Chang and Ariel Kapoano have been named among Kids in Need of Defense’s (KIND) Newark 2020 Pro Bono Attorneys of the Year for their work providing vital legal services to refugee and immigrant children who come alone to the United States in search of safety. The award recognizes volunteers who go above and beyond to help these children make their case for US protection.
Michael’s and Ariel’s work for KIND includes representing clients seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) and immigration relief in the United States.
