Our Princeton Labor and Employment Practice has been named a Finalist for the 2013 Labor and Employment Litigation Department of the Year by the New Jersey Law Journal (NJLJ). This is the second year that our practice has been recognized in the NJLJ’s contest. The award was based on a written submission that included an essay and selected litigation results, as well as feedback from client references. The NJLJ’s profile on our team, noted that the “Morgan Lewis team boasts high-profile successes” and details how Morgan Lewis Labor and Employment lawyers prevailed in challenges to employers' workplace policies and practices, whistleblower claims, and cutting-edge wage-and-hour litigation matters throughout 2013.

The members of our Princeton Labor and Employment Practice being honored with this recognition are partners Rene Johnson, Tom Linthorst, Rich Rosenblatt, Michelle Silverman, and Jim Walsh and associates Jennifer Grissom, Ashley Hale, August Heckman, Terry Johnson, Sean Lynch, John Mattiace, Joe Nuccio, Pamela Richardson, and Nitin Sharma.
