Amanda M. Bruno

As the firm’s chief business development officer, Amanda M. Bruno leads the firm’s global business development function, enabling stakeholders to drive growth while at the same time championing the voice of the client. In this role, Amanda is responsible for working with the firm’s Chair and its senior leadership team to develop and execute on business development priorities aligned with the firm’s objectives, including client-focused aspects of the firm’s practice, industry, and regional strategies. 

Amanda was also the lead architect in designing and implementing all aspects of the firm’s Client Service Program, including the Client Feedback Program, the newly revamped Client Alliance Program, the partner Business Development Programs, and the Alumni Relations Program. Amanda also works with lawyers and professional staff across the firm to ensure a consistent and relentless focus on client service. Amanda serves on the firm’s Diversity Committee and is an essential component of ML Women.

Amanda joined the firm in 2004 as an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group before moving into client service and business development roles. She continues to practice law pro bono by representing abused and neglected children, and she is active in various local and national organizations.
