Andrew T. Budreika
Andrew T. Budreika is deputy leader of Morgan Lewis’s global finance practice and serves as legal counsel and trusted advisor across a broad spectrum of banking, credit, and capital markets transactions on all levels of a company’s capital structure. Andrew advises public companies, private equity sponsors and venture capital firms, portfolio and other privately held companies, and joint ventures on debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and other corporate and financing transactions. Andrew also regularly counsels clients on secured transactions, securities law, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.

Andrew has practical experience handling a full spectrum of domestic and cross-border financings, including syndicated revolving and term loan credit facilities; leveraged and investment-grade acquisition financings; direct lending financings; asset-based and cash flow financings; senior, unitranche, mezzanine, and multiple-lien financings; privately placed notes; warehouse facilities and other structured financings; investment grade and high-yield bonds; and government loan programs.
Andrew also regularly works on private equity transactions; leveraged recapitalizations; management rollovers and equity incentive structures; growth equity, minority, and strategic investments; co-investments; corporate restructurings and reorganizations; and founder liquidity transactions.
Andrew is also passionate about using technology, knowledge management, legal project management, and other innovations in legal practice to provide fast, reliable, and consistent service in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
