Andres Paciuc

Andres Paciuc advises private and public companies in venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, investment fund formation, securities law, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. His clients range from emerging growth companies to established companies in the technology and life sciences industries. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Andres interned with the World Bank’s Integrity Vice Presidency and for in-house counsel at ViacomCBS and FilmNation Entertainment. While in law school, Andres served as external chief executive editor of the Duke Law & Technology Review. Andres is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French.
