Bernard W. During law school, Bernard worked as a research assistant to former Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Chairman, Timothy J. Muris, and former FTC Commissioner, Joshua D. Wright, on a variety of antitrust issues. He also worked as a law clerk in the Bureau of Competition at the FTC, where he assisted with government investigations involving antitrust issue in the healthcare industry.
