Beth S. Joseph

Beth is an authority in all aspects of accessibility law, including electronic information technology (e.g., websites, mobile applications, and in-store technology), architectural barrier issues in physical facilities, effective communication and auxiliary aid and services issues, and service animals.

She also regularly appears before administrative agencies, in addition to advising and assisting clients with responding to complaints before the Department of Justice and state and local administrative agencies across the United States. Since 2012, Beth has co-authored and edited the “Public Accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act: Compliance and Litigation Manual.”
