She works with clients to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape for autonomous vehicles, advanced driver assistance systems, and other automated technologies. She counsels on the rulemaking process under the Administrative Procedure Act and works with clients to submit comments on proposed rulemakings by federal and state agencies. Christina also works with clients to respond to agency information requests, including assertion of business confidentiality claims, and submits Freedom of Information Act requests for release of agency information.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Christina practiced environmental law at another large law firm, provided rulemaking support to federal agencies at an international consulting firm, and worked on environmental issues for a local government.
