Claire Swift Kugler focuses on commercial, insurance recovery, and product liability litigation in both US federal and state courts. Claire represents energy and manufacturing companies, among others. Understanding the complexities of the energy industry with which multinational corporations often deal, she helps clients navigate cases through federal and state courts. Claire uses her skills in legal analysis and appellate work to bring disputes to an early and efficient resolution when possible.
Claire maintains an active pro bono practice, advising a nonprofit organization that works on behalf of individuals with food allergies. She also represents veterans and individuals in litigation involving constitutional rights in various courts, including the US Supreme Court.
