Clayton M. Davis

Clay’s experience includes achieving total dismissal of lawsuits and successfully handling appellate proceedings. Clay has served as first and second chair counsel in arbitrations resulting in favorable decisions, including numerous complete victories. He has managed all aspects of the pre-trial process, including successfully achieving pre-trial dismissal of claims pursuant to a variety of dispositive motions.    

Clay also represents employers in labor-management relations matters. He has experience defending employers against unfair labor practice charges, and in labor arbitration proceedings.

Before joining Morgan Lewis, Clay was an associate at an international law firm in Dallas where he primarily defended clients in employment-related litigation.
