Emily B. Pickering represents individuals and families in planning related to estate and gift taxes, family business succession, philanthropy, and management of personal financial interests on a national and international scale. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, she was an attorney advising high-net-worth clients at another firm.

Emily holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she served as the senior acquisitions editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. She also worked as a teaching assistant.
