In addition to defending class action cases, Greg represents clients in investigations, enforcement actions, and litigation brought by regulators including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), and state attorneys general.

Greg’s experience also includes representing clients in commercial disputes. He defends clients in accounting malpractice suits, as well as lender liability, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty matters.

As part of his active pro bono practice, Greg was part of a team that secured a $1.8 million settlement on behalf of James Andrews, a victim of mistreatment by the Chicago Police Department. He also has represented clients in habeas corpus, immigration, and adoption proceedings.

• Represented the developer of a popular social media app in litigation under the Biometric Information Privacy Act
• Represented clients in numerous industries, including airlines, railroads, healthcare, and retail, in Biometric Privacy Act litigation
• Represented a retailer in national litigation relating to the sale and dispensing of opioids
• Represented a manufacturer of medical devices in multidistrict litigation related to the recall of respiratory products
• Represented a major internet retailer in a class action alleging consumer fraud in connection with the sale of discount vouchers
