Jesse S. Krompier is trusted by leading companies in the technology, life sciences, healthcare, and energy industries to handle their most complex legal challenges. His practice focuses on high-stakes business disputes and crisis-level events involving significant financial, reputational, and operational exposure, including breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition, and product liability actions. Jesse’s strategic counsel and trial experience make him a go-to advisor and advocate when the stakes are highest.

Jesse is recognized for delivering results in the courtroom, including securing a unanimous $133 million jury verdict in an environmental cost-recovery trial in Los Angeles, named a Top Verdict of 2022 by the Daily Journal. Clients depend on Jesse to shape litigation strategy, defend and conduct depositions, prepare and argue motions, and build a compelling case for trial. He also advises clients on pre-litigation investigations, risk mitigation, and opportunities for early resolution.

Jesse is a member of the firm’s technology industry team. He represents clients on emerging issues involving data-driven products and services, including internet services, social media platforms, artificial intelligence, and personalized digital technologies.

Jesse serves on the firm’s Global Committee on Associates, representing the Southern California offices. He is also active on the Los Angeles Hiring Committee and Summer Program Committee and participates as a mentor in the Morgan Lewis Mentorship Program. While in law school, Jesse externed for Judge Dolly M. Gee of the US District Court for the Central District of California and earned the UCLA Moot Court Honors Program Award.
