Jonathan C. Fritts
Jonathan C. Fritts represents clients in collective bargaining, arbitration, and litigation related to the National Labor Relations Act and the Railway Labor Act. Jonathan’s clients include companies in the maritime, airline, railroad, construction, retail food, and hotel industries, as well as manufacturing enterprises and private universities. He represents clients in all levels of US federal court, as well as in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, the National Mediation Board, and in arbitration.
Jonathan represents and counsels clients in the negotiation and administration of multiunion project labor agreements on major construction industry projects. He also advises clients on labor law issues in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, plant closings, relocations, and outsourcings. Jonathan is also the leader of the labor and employment practice for the Washington, DC office.
Jonathan is a former co-chair of the American Bar Association’s committee on practice and procedure under the National Labor Relations Act.
