• Acting for the Zipmex Group and its foreign subsidiaries in its restructuring process in Singapore under Section 64(1) of the IRDA, including the obtaining of a landmark judgment on the applicable test for recognizing a foreign company’s “substantial connection” to Singapore
• Acting for a Catalist-listed company in its moratorium and scheme of arrangement proceedings under Section 64(1) of the IRDA and Section 210(1) of the Companies Act
