Jonathan Wilcon represents developers, lenders, and investors in connection with renewable energy project financings, tax equity partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other financial and commercial transactions in the renewable power sector.
Jon helps project developers, traditional and alternative investors, lenders, utilities, energy service providers, and commercial energy users pursue the increasing opportunities created by new energy policies and technologies, with a particular focus on the growing opportunities relating to offshore wind and energy storage. Jon is an active member of the firm’s renewable energy and energy storage working groups.
