Kirk Gandy represents corporate policyholders in complex coverage disputes. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Kirk represented clients in various litigation matters concerning insurance recovery and construction.

Before entering private practice, Kirk served as a law clerk to Judge Joseph R. Goodwin of the US District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. While in law school, he interned for judges in the US District Court for the Southern District of Illinois and the US District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Kirk was also a member of both the National Moot Court Team and Trial Team.
