A seasoned trial lawyer, Kenneth J. Turnbull litigates complex, high-profile employment cases including US-wide discrimination class actions, single-plaintiff and multiplaintiff discrimination matters, and wrongful discharge disputes. He devotes a significant portion of his practice to defending clients in the financial services industry and frequently appears before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and other arbitration panels to address employment compensation, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, and defamation claims. Kenneth’s litigation practice extends to defending clients in restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes, as well as Sarbanes-Oxley, Dodd-Frank, and other whistleblower claims across multiple industries, including sports and entertainment.

Kenneth conducts sensitive internal investigations and provides practical advice and counsel on a wide range of internal business matters, including the implementation and enforcement of restrictive covenants and arbitration programs, issues related to reductions in force, and executive compensation, retention, and remuneration plans. A former co-chair of the firm’s international labor and employment practice, Kenneth also handles international employment matters. Kenneth formerly led the New York labor and employment practice for seven years.
