Megan A. Suehiro

Megan is a member of the firm’s Class Action Working Group, and has experience representing clients in products liability, financial services, and consumer class actions. 

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Megan was admitted to the partnership of the largest law firm in Hawaii.

While in law school, Megan was a Dean’s Scholar and served as a judicial extern to Judge Susan Oki Mollway, former Chief Judge of the US District Court for the District of Hawaii.

• Representation of home goods retailer in putative class actions alleging invasion of privacy, unjust enrichment, and violations of state unfair competition and privacy laws
• Representation of a retailer in defense of class actions alleging false pricing practices in violation of various consumer protection statutes
• Representation of a national bank in defense of multiple class actions alleging breaches of statutory and common law claims in connection with Small Business Administration Paycheck Protection Program loans pursuant to the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act
• Secured complete dismissal on behalf of global travel technology company in putative class action asserting violations of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act
• Represented financial institutions in putative class actions alleging unfair and deceptive acts and practices in violation of state statute
• Represented manufacturer of cryogenic storage tanks in putative class action asserting product liability claims
