Brown represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, strategic buyers and sellers, and public companies in structuring and negotiating mergers and acquisitions (M&A), majority and minority investments, corporate venture investments, divestitures, spin-offs, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Michael was an associate in the New York office of another international law firm.
