Oindrila Bhowmik

Oindrila Bhowmik advises on a range of structured finance transactions, including public and private mortgage and asset-backed securitisations, trade receivables financings, portfolio acquisitions and forward flow transactions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Oindrila worked in the structured finance team of an international law firm in London, after working for five years in the banking & finance practice at a premiere Indian law firm. During her time in India, Oindrila worked extensively on debt financing transactions, bank financing and bond issuances, both domestic and foreign currency bonds. She is qualified as an Advocate in India only.
