Rochel Levy
Rochel Levy advises clients on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and real estate–related financings. Her practice includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and various other real estate–related transactional documents across a range of asset classes, including office, retail, and industrial properties. Rochel represents both landlords and tenants in connection with leasing transactions.
Prior to joining the real estate practice, Rochel spent several years advising clients on US and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. This background informs her real estate practice, particularly in transactions involving complex ownership structures and real estate assets held within broader corporate transactions.
Rochel also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing asylum seekers and advising not-for-profit organizations.
