Sean P. Lynch

In addition to litigating, Sean counsels clients regarding their employment concerns, including worker classification issues, accommodating employee disabilities and medical leaves, harassment claims, workplace privacy, employee discipline, and individual and group terminations. As part of his counsel, Sean leads internal investigations into harassment and discrimination claims. He also works with clients to draft all forms of employee manuals and policies, and to negotiate employment, noncompetition, and separation agreements.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Sean represented corporate clients and individuals before state and federal courts as an associate at a prominent mid-Atlantic law firm. He has spoken on various topics, including wage and hour issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and restrictive covenant issues, and currently serves on the Pro Bono Committee of the Princeton, New Jersey, office.
