Timur Selimovic represents public and private companies in a broad range of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters. He advises startups through formation and growth strategies, as well as both companies and institutional investors in financing transactions. He is fluent in Bosnian-Croatian-Serbian, French, and proficient in Italian.

In law school, Timur competed in the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria. He also served as a student fellow and graduate research assistant for the Center for Access to Justice, where he contributed to research that promotes meaningful access to the courts and equal treatment in the civil and criminal legal systems. Timur’s contributions include scholarship published in The Harvard Law & Policy Review. Additionally, he represented taxpayers unable to afford legal representation in federal income tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service as a student attorney in the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic.
