Xiaoqian Zhou works with our team of labor and employment lawyers to draft employment-related documents, revise handbooks, and liaise with local counsel in preparation for arbitration tribunals. Xiaoqian also assists with unionization issues, negotiation of non-compete issues, and workforce issues related to closures and redundancies. She also focuses on cross-border internal investigations and represents multinational companies in internal investigations, including FCPA/anticorruption related investigations, fraud, embezzlement, conflicts of interest, and sexual harassment investigations.
