This session will focus on the potential impact on the automotive industry as a result of the renegotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) under Section 201 of the US statute that implemented NAFTA (the NAFTA Implementation Act), Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962, and Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974.
