Firm chair-elect Jami Wintz McKeon was a featured speaker during a December 5 Chancellor's Leadership Institute Program, where she discussed, among other topics, receiving leadership opportunities, the importance of looking for engaging opportunities, women in the legal industry, establishing relationships and developing business, having a collaborative leadership style, and establishing a work-life balance.
The Leadership Institute, launched by Kathleen Wilkinson, 2013 Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association, invites the region’s top legal minds and business leaders to participate in substantive programming aimed at assisting and developing leadership skills and tools for women attorneys, attorneys of diverse backgrounds, and young lawyers.
