01:00 午後 - 02:00 午後 Eastern Standard Time

Please join Morgan Lewis for the second in our series of webinars addressing the new regulatory requirements affecting the employment practices of federal contractors and subcontractors.

This session will focus on the new minimum wage requirements for federal contractors. Labor and Employment lawyers Bill Doyle, Russell Bruch, and Julia Sturniolo will discuss the requirements of the new Department of Labor (DOL) regulations, including which contracts and subcontracts may be covered, which employees must be paid the $10.10 hourly minimum wage, and  practical compliance strategies.

The minimum wage regulations are particularly significant to the following government contractor and subcontractor employers:

  • Retail sector employers that lease space in federal buildings
  • Foodservice providers that operate in federal facilities and military bases
  • Janitorial services companies that service federal facilities
  • Construction and landscaping companies
  • Hospitality industry employers
  • Concessionaires that operate on federal property
