OCR Launches HIPAA Phase 2 Audits: Are you Prepared?

On March 21, the Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights (“OCR”) announced the launch of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) Phase 2 audits.
