Peking University School of Transnational Law will be partnering with the University of California, Berkeley School of Law’s Berkeley Center for Law and Technology to present an educational program for Greater Bay Area entrepreneurs, startups, financial institutions and others on, “Legal and Funding Issues for Successful Startups.”
Intellectual property partner Shaobin Zhu will be a panelist in the afternoon session, “Employees’ IP Issues”.
