UC Berkeley Tsinghua-Berkeley Shenzhen Institute 2018 Transnational IP Litigation Conference

Intellectual property partner Shaobin Zhu will present “Discovery and Gathering of Evidence” during the afternoon session “Outside Counsel Perspectives” at the 2018 UC Berkeley Tsinghua-Berkeley Shenzhen Institute (TBSI) Transnational IP Litigation Conference. This full-day conference is aimed at in-house counsel and law firm attorneys to enhance their understanding of when and how to litigate on the other side of the Pacific.

Established in 2014, TBSI is a central hub of global research and education at UC Berkeley designed to promote global research collaboration and graduate student education.
