The US Department of Justice announced the formation of the Procurement Collusion Strike Force (PCSF) as part of a “coordinated national response to combat antitrust crimes and related schemes in government procurement, grant, and program funding at all levels of government.”  This webinar will review the significance of this announcement, the unique criminal and civil tools the Strike Force may use, and steps that companies can take to mitigate risks or respond to criminal and civil enforcement actions.
