On 9 December 2020 American Chamber of Commerce in Russia held the Innovation & Technology committee meeting. Morgan Lewis Moscow office TMT partner Anastasia Dergacheva and CBT associates Philip Korotin and Valentina Semenikhina spoke on “Digital Ventures: structuring, IP and antitrust issues”. IP/TMT partner Ksenia Andreeva served as moderator of the session, which featured Victor Loschilin, head of IP at Yandex, as the invited speaker.
