What. A. Crazy. Year. In so many ways, the healthcare world has been turned upside down in 2020. From dramatic shifts in practice modalities to competing government orders, to massive variation in commercial and governmental payor policies, this unquestionably has been a challenging year for healthcare stakeholders. Coupled with US Supreme Court decisions, increases in use of digital health technologies, DOJ actions, and, most recently, significant new rules from OIG and CMS on value-based care, there was a lot you may have missed this year.
