Intellectual property partner Natalie Bennett will present on the March installment of the Dallas Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Section’s monthly online CLE.
Natalie’s panel, titled “Federal Circuit Update: Notable Cases and Topics 2020-2021,” will survey the highpoints of 2020 at the Federal Circuit and address emerging hot topics in appellate jurisprudence, from venue transfer motions reviewed on mandamus to challenges to the constitutionality of the PTAB, and everything in between.
