Reece Hirsch will present on "Digital Health Privacy: The OCR Perspective" during the virtual conference.
The Privacy + Security Academy brings together the most seasoned thought leaders in the areas of privacy and security law to discuss the latest updates in privacy. Reece’s session will review the latest issues and trends in digital health privacy regulation, featuring the perspective of senior advisor Linda Sanches from the Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights. The panel will examine the OCR's influence with respect to a variety of digital health products, including AI, mobile apps, activity trackers and voice assistants, focusing upon a series of hypotheticals.
